Continued COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS for in-person Psychological Services

at office location #350-1855 Kirschner Rd

A number of steps have been taken to protect client safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures will continue to be put in place:

•    Adjustment of appointment times to limit the number of people in the shared office,

•    Limiting seating in the waiting area to meet social distancing requirements,

•    Removing reading and promotional materials from the waiting area,

•    Removing the coffee maker and water cooler,

•    Sanitizing high touch areas and washroom keys,

•    Installing plexiglass shields in testing rooms,

•    Reducing sharing of writing instruments and other materials.

Additional precautions specific to Dr. Williams' office include the following:

•    Re-positioning of furniture to maintain physical distancing requirements,

•    Temporal spacing of clients to ensure adequate time for sanitization between clients,

•    Providing facial masks (please note it is currently elective in BC to wear a mask in                   indoor public spaces). Dr. Williams will continue to wear a facial mask during in-person            interactions with clients and upon request.

•    Providing contactless payment options for private pay clients,

•    Installation of a protective shield between the primary office seats which are positioned  approximately 7 feet apart.
